Miracle morning – does it exist? Especially for night owls?  Oh yes, the miracle tomorrow does exist and what is even more important, after a short acclimatization, it has become an indispensable part of your life. Because you feel better, look better and are more successful – it really is like a miracle!

But how do you develop the perfect morning routine? It is important to consider what is good for you and how you can integrate this into your everyday life. Waking up an hour earlier every morning sounds hard at first – but it’s worth it, because it gives you the peace and quiet to let the morning magic unfold

Silence: Meditation is the key to everything. Even 5-10 minutes a day will change your life dramatically. If you can’t focus at the beginning, choose guided meditation. This helps you to focus and to stay tuned more easily.

Affirmation: Affirmations are a very powerful tool to empower yourself and to have a perfect start to the day. Stand in front of the mirror and tell yourself very loudly how wonderful, strong, great, successful and beautiful you are! Know that you can achieve absolutely anything!

Visualization: The Miracle Morning recommends to visualize your future life as if you’ve already achieved your greatest goals and desires. It encourages you to go into detail about the feelings you’ll have, the choices you’ll make, and exactly what that image looks like to you. It is wonderful to live already in your perfect future – just try it out!

Exercise: It doesn’t matter how sporty you are. Take 10-15 minutes in the morning to exercise. Short yoga practice, short run, some exercises, stretching. Whatever it is, it will help you start your day refreshed and focused and to look better!

Read: Read something every morning that interests you and that will help you achieve your goals. It sounds and it is simple, but the effect is incredible. In a very short time you will expand your knowledge and get closer to your goal.

Scribe: Find a nice notebook and write in it every morning. Write down what your goals are, what you are looking forward to and what you are grateful for. Gratitude is one of the keys to our success. Because the more grateful we are for what we have, the more of it we attract!
